I’m a Loveland, Colorado real estate broker with deep roots in Northern Colorado. My family has called Colorado home for nearly a century, and I’ve lived in both Fort Collins and Loveland. These communities aren’t just where I work — they’re where I’ve built my life.
I studied at Front Range Community College before earning my Bachelor’s in History and later my MBA (Master of Business Administration) from Colorado State University in Fort Collins. This strong educational foundation, combined with over 14 years of experience in real estate, allows me to bring both strategic and practical insights to my clients.
Over the years, I’ve worked in both large real estate brokerages and smaller boutique firms. In 2017, I made the move to become an independent real estate broker in Northern Colorado, giving me the flexibility to better serve buyers, sellers, and investors across the region.
Alongside real estate sales, I also manage private property for my family. My background in property management has sharpened my ability to evaluate homes and identify potential issues before offers are made — a distinct advantage for buyers. For sellers, I bring strong advocacy skills, particularly when it comes to defending against frivolous inspection objections. In my view, buyers’ objections should be limited to latent defects, not conditions clearly visible during a showing.
Whether you’re looking to buy a home in Loveland, invest in Fort Collins real estate, or sell property anywhere in Northern Colorado, I combine local knowledge, deep community ties, and years of experience to help you succeed.
